Nick Weis is a seasoned real estate veteran with almost 30 years’ experience. Nick is an accomplished professional serving tenants, landlords, buyers, and sellers of office and industrial space throughout Chicago’s West and South Suburban markets.

Nick employs honest and sound negotiating skills, market savvy, and attention to detail while serving each of his clients.

As an owner-operator of several real estate investments, as well as a former business owner Nick is able to place himself into the client’s position as tenant, landlord, buyer and seller.

His banking background gives his clients an additional benefit to see the opportunity thru the eyes of a former banker.

Nick earned a BS in Finance from the University of St. Francis (1991) and an MBA from Northern Illinois University (1998) and also a CCIM designee (2013).

Nick is married with five (5) children. He enjoys reading, sports, fishing, boating, growing in his Catholic faith, and giving back to worthy causes.
